Upstairs there is a large open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge are with large flat screen Smart TV with Platinum Foxtel. There is also a bedroom with ensuite upstairs. Central heating and cooling is throughout.

Step outside onto the large upstairs verandah and enjoy relaxing views of Fishermans Beach while sipping cocktails on the outdoor lounge.

Downstairs there is a fully functional laundry with washing machine and dryer.
